Privacy policy

1. Principles

We collect only what is needed to run the app and protect it from abuse. We do not sell user data, do not pass it to ad networks or data brokers and do not use it for personalised advertising.

2. What we do not do

• We do not record the addresses of the sites you visit, the content of your traffic or your DNS queries.
• We do not match your network activity to your identity.
• We do not use third-party advertising SDKs and do not pass data on for targeted advertising.

3. Which data is processed

• Technical app data: app version, iOS version, device type and anonymous crash reports. It is needed to fix bugs.
• Subscription status: purchase confirmation comes from Apple. We never receive your card details.
• Server operational data: the current number of active connections for load balancing, not tied to an identity and without any history of visited resources.
• Support requests: your email address and message text – used only to reply to you.

4. Purposes of processing

We use data to provide the service, fix bugs, protect the service from abuse and answer your requests. We do not use it for advertising or profiling.

5. Retention and sharing

Operational data is kept no longer than needed for these purposes. We share data only with infrastructure providers who process it on our instructions, and with public authorities strictly when applicable law requires it and only to the extent it requires.

6. Security

The connection between the app and the server is encrypted with modern protocols. Staff access to operational data is limited and logged.

7. Your rights

You may ask what data we hold and request its correction or deletion. See Data deletion. Send requests to privacy@pravilnyvpn.com.

8. Children

The service is not intended for children under 16 without a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. We will announce material changes in the app or on this page and show the new update date.
