1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading and using the Pravilny VPN app and the pravilnyvpn.com website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of the service

Pravilny VPN is an app for iOS and iPadOS that creates an encrypted connection between your device and the service’s server. It helps protect your connection on open and untrusted networks and reduces technical traces.

3. Lawful use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in line with the rules of third-party services. You must not:

• engage in illegal activity, fraud, hacking or spam;
• infringe copyright or related rights or distribute unlawful content;
• bypass technical or legal restrictions of platforms and services that you have no right to bypass;
• place excessive load on the infrastructure or interfere with other users.

If these terms are breached we may restrict or end access without a refund.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Paid features are billed through Apple. Subscription management and refunds are handled in your Apple ID settings under Apple’s rules.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. A VPN does not guarantee total anonymity, does not replace antivirus software and does not protect against phishing or malware. We are not liable for interruptions caused by internet providers, third-party services or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Intellectual property

The name, logos, texts and software of Pravilny VPN are protected by law. Copying or distributing them without our consent is prohibited.

7. Changes and contact

We may change these terms and will announce this in the app or on the site. Send questions through the Contact page.

8. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend access if use breaches these terms, endangers the security of the service or is required by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. We try to settle disputes through discussion. If any provision is found invalid, the others remain in force.
