Do you need an account

You do not have to create an account, give a phone number or set a password to use Pravilny VPN. Deletion therefore usually means removing the app and, if you wish, asking us to delete related data.

How to delete your data

1. Delete the app from your iPhone or iPad: press and hold the icon and choose “Remove App”.
2. Cancel your subscription, if you have one: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
3. Write to us at privacy@pravilnyvpn.com with the subject “Data deletion”. Use the address you contacted support from – it helps us find your requests.
4. We will confirm the request and delete related data within 30 days, then tell you by email.

What exactly is deleted

We delete support requests linked to your address, operational records about your device and any other data we can associate with you. Anonymous aggregated data (for example the total number of connections) does not relate to a specific person and may be kept.

What we cannot delete

We have no access to your payment details – they are held by Apple. You can manage your purchase and subscription history in your Apple ID settings. Data we are legally obliged to keep stays for the period the law sets.

If you are not sure

Before deleting data, consider whether you still need it – for example a support conversation about an unresolved problem. We keep only what is necessary, so deletion normally breaks nothing.
